We evaluate each experiment based on potential for:

Network Effects: Does the product become more valuable as more people use it?
Pricing Power: Can we implement new business model pricing that captures value?
Competitive Advantage: Do we have a product shipping advantage to win in this market?
Scalability: Can this grow without proportional increases in costs?

Goal: Spin up as many experiments as possible until we find a high-margin opportunity with strong fundamentals.
